Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC (“KM&A”) has filed a complaint against THD At-Home Services, Inc., t/d/b/a Home Depot, Inc. t/d/b/a The Home Depot, Inc. t/d/b/a Home Depot Exteriors t/d/b/a Home Depot t/d/b/a The Home Depot, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
The complaint alleges that the Plaintiff was subjected to unlawful treatment because of her gender (female) and in retaliation for her opposition to the company’s discriminatory conduct. The complaint alleges that the Plaintiff was unlawfully terminated, and that she was not provided with the same training and support as other similarly situated employees of the company.
