As a partner, David oversees the firm's largest cases in a variety of legal areas. David's practice primarily involves litigation in employment law and business law. He also advises businesses and entrepreneurs on transactional matters. His largest litigation cases have resulted in multi-million dollar settlements, and some example results are shown below on this page. 

In addition to practicing law, David serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Duquesne University School of Law where he teaches an original course he designed on entrepreneurship. He also serves as an instructor with the Butler County Community College. He is a frequent presenter and lecturer around the community in various venues including local colleges, networking groups, and private business functions. 
 

David is the author of The Entrepreneur's Counsel, published in 2016, which helps aspiring business owners turn their dreams into concrete plans for getting off the ground. David's first company of his own was an LLC that he formed with his brother to perform landscaping services.

Prior to founding this firm, David worked with clients at Sain Law LLC and Kisner Law Firm LLC. He has also volunteered with Neighborhood Legal Services and Christian Legal Aid.

David is admitted to practice law across Pennsylvania in all state and federal courts. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law after studying political science and graduating summa cum laude and from the Honors College with distinction at Harding University.  In law school, David earned the John P. Gismondi Certificate of Advanced Study in Civil Litigation, the Dean's Award, the Murray S. Love Award as Mock Trial Champion, and the Donald Moritz Award.

Personally, David is an avid reader and podcast subscriber. He is a history buff and a politico. He also enjoys woodworking and cooking breakfast food. He lives in Cranberry Township with his fiancee, daughters, and French Bulldog puppy.
