David Manes

Partner, Attorney at Law

David Manes is a partner at Manes & Narahari LLC where he represents clients in negotiations and court every day. His primary practice areas include employment litigation, business law, and civil disputes. 

David founded this firm in 2013 as a partner and has overseen the successful representation of hundreds of clients who have won many millions of dollars in settlements and judgments. 

David is an Adjunct Professor at the Duquesne University School of Law and a frequent presenter and lecturer in the community on topics relevant to entrepreneurs.

Prabhu Narahari

Partner, Attorney at Law

Prabhu Narahari is a partner at Manes & Narahari LLC, and he represents clients in employment law and general civil litigation matters. He represents cheated employees in state court, federal court, unemployment hearings, and more. 

Prabhu joined this firm in 2017 and is one of the partners overseeing all the firm's operations and major cases. 

Prior to attending law school, Prabhu worked as a professional poker player in Las Vegas. He applies the lessons in strategic thinking he learned at the poker table to the world of high-stakes litigation.

Grace Kostelansky


Grace Kostelansky, a litigation paralegal at Manes & Narahari LLC, enjoys drafting the appropriate legal documents for each case, knowing all the while she is doing her part to assist each client. Grace connects with clients and assists in coordinating communication between clients and their attorney. Her goal is to make this process simple while providing as much help as possible.

Prior to joining this firm, Grace graduated from Westmoreland County Community College with her official paralegal diploma and from IUP with a Bachelors in Pre-Law and Writing Studies. Grace received a medal for having the highest QPA in her field of study. On top of that, she also graduated with high honors!  In her free time, you can find Grace playing vintage video games or at the gym.


Heather Hartman


Heather Hartman, a paralegal at Manes & Narahari LLC, works with scores of clients and potential clients every month. Offering each client a listening ear and provides the legal solutions that this firm brings to the table. 

Before joining the team at Manes & Narahari  LLC, Heather worked in criminal defense law and personal Injury. Her associate’s degree in Pre-law sets the foundation for her work. Heather is also a professional artist and business owner.

In her free time Heather is studying for her Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing and working towards her MFA.

Sarah Thomas

Law Clerk

Sarah Thomas is a law clerk at Manes & Narahari LLC where she works closely with the attorneys and paralegals on all the firm's important cases. 

Sarah is a 3L student at the Duquesne University School of Law where she earned valuable practical experience in the Unemployment Compensation Clinic over two semesters. She also serves as the Editor-In-Chief of the Duquesne Business Law Informant ("DBLI"), where she enjoys working closely with students, faculty, and practitioners to produce content relating to local, state, and federal business law topics.
