Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC filed suit against Sodexo, Inc. on behalf of Henry Gaston, Alfred Sadik, and Sharrone Harris. The complaint alleges that on their applications to work for Sodexo at the University of Pittsburgh location, Mr. Gaston, Mr. Sadik, and Mr. Harris indicated that they were not convicted of a crime within the period stated on the application, which was accurate for Mr. Gaston, Mr. Sadik, and Mr. Harris.
