Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Giant Eagle in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated in violation of Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). Plaintiff was terminated because she was 61 years old. Plaintiff was terminated for violating a Policy yet another younger worker violated the same Policy and was not terminated, but promoted. Plaintiff was subjected to disparate treatment because of her age.
