Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Dollar General in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Plaintiff was injured on the job and when she asked for an accommodation Dollar General refused. Dollar General harassed the Plaintiff about her disability and then subsequently terminated her.
