Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Aramark in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated in violation of Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). Plaintiff was terminated because he was 61 years old. The Plaintiff was told he would not have been hired if Aramark knew how old he was. He was subjected to discriminatory comments and subsequently fired.
