Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Spitzer Toyota in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
The complaint alleges that the Plaintiff did not receive proper commission or overtime payments from her employer. The Plaintiff brought the issue up to her Employer multiple times. While the Employer acknowledged that they owed the Plaintiff wages in the form of commission they never properly paid her. Plaintiff was also required to work overtime hours but received no compensation for these hours. Spitzer Toyota terminated Plaintiff’s employment before paying her the wages they owed her.
